I-Share & PrimoVE Discovery

Primo is a "discovery service," which means it provides one search box to search across all the library's resources, including books, Ebooks, streaming video, journals, newspaper articles, and other I-Share libraries.

Library Search is the default search for PrimoVE. Library search will seek out physical + electronic items available at our Grayslake, Lakeshore, and Southlake campus libraries. You can search by title, author, or keyword:

Here are the ways you can search the discovery system as indicated by the drop-down menu:

1. Everything at CLC - search all items available at our local CLC Library Branches + eResources 
2. Everything at Grayslake - search for items at Grayslake Library 
3. Everything at Lakeshore - search for items at Lakeshore Library 
4. Everything at Southlake - search for items at Southlake Library 
5. I-Share Libraries - allows you to search library holdings at all I-Share libraries.
